It has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in political economics. It has trained famous economists such as Fan Gang and a large number of economic management cadres. The department currently has 14 teachers, including 3 professors, 8 associate professors, and 3 lecturers. 11 of them have obtained doctorate degrees. Some teachers have overseas visits and learning experiences. In the past 5 years, we have undertaken 2 National Social Science Funds, 1 Ministry of Education Project, 3 Provincial Projects, and multiple Department-level projects, and published dozens of papers in core journals. In 1992, the Department of Economics pioneered the dual-mentor system for undergraduates, and the Hebei Province Economics Talents Training Model Innovation Experimental Zone. After graduation, our students mainly go to specific economic and business sectors such as economics research, civil servants, finance, and trade.
